The Korea Football Association expressed its concern to Huh Jung-moo, former chairman of Hana Citizen in Daejeon, who raised suspicions of leaking electoral lists and fraudulent elections.
The Korea Football Association announced on the 22nd, "The list of electors prepared in accordance with the president's election management regulations cannot be leaked, and none of the association's executives have currently read it. We express our concern because there are those who are scheduled to run for the election who simply received a tip-off when the list of electors has not been confirmed and have issued a press release mentioning the leakage of the list and suspicions of fraudulent elections."
The list of electors will be finalized on Monday after a period of access for informational scholarship by the 23rd. The list will be delivered to the candidates after the registration period for presidential election candidates (25-27) ends.
Former chairman Huh Jung-moo, who is actively moving over the position of the 55th president of the Korea Football Association, claimed that the list had already been leaked and that serious problems had arisen due to poor security. Former chairman Huh said, "I heard a report from a senior executive of the association that the list of electors had already been leaked and that the executive had campaigned based on the list."
He added, "I tried to make a call with the Election Commission at 5:59 p.m. on the 20th regarding the election announcement. When I found out and questioned the circumstances in which the list of electors was made during the call, the association quickly said that I would give you a call again and hung up. This is also the situation of fraudulent elections that seem more serious than any other issue."
When Heo Jung-moo issued a press release on the issue, the 안전놀이터 Korea Football Association refuted the claim. The Korea Football Association sent a concerned look to Heo Jung-moo, who raised suspicions about the leak of the list and election fraud with simple tip-off. He also promised to conduct the election with fairness and transparency.
The Korea Football Association said, "Putting forward unconfirmed suspicions may seriously undermine the fairness of election management. The election management committee will do its best to ensure that the 55th presidential election of the Korea Football Association will be conducted fairly and transparently. Those who will run for office will also be encouraged to participate in the election management."
